2. Products and Product Information
Noble Foods offers food products, including Diafood, Dia Chapathi, Ragi Idly Mix, Millets Puttu Mix and other products that may be listed on our website from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient information, photographs, pack sizes and prices are accurate. However, minor differences in product appearance or packaging may occur.
Customers should read the product description, ingredient list, allergen information, preparation instructions and other information provided on the product packaging before purchase or consumption.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the product details are as follows:
Diafood: Supplied in a package containing 1.8 kg of product.
Millet and other applicable flour mixes: Supplied in a box containing three individual packs of 500 g each, totalling 1.5 kg.
The applicable pack size and quantity will be indicated on the relevant product page. Please check these details before ordering.
3. Food, Nutrition and Health Information
Our products are intended to be consumed as food and prepared according to the instructions provided.

4. Eligibility to Place Orders
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under applicable law to place an order through our website.
If you place an order on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
5. Product Prices and Shipping Charges
Product prices are displayed on the relevant product pages and may be changed from time to time.
Packaging and shipping charges are included in the product prices for deliveries within Kerala, according to our current shipping arrangement.
For deliveries outside Kerala, an additional ₹20 is added to the order price. Any applicable additional shipping charge will be disclosed before the order is confirmed and payment is completed.
The final amount payable will be displayed or communicated at checkout before payment. Customers should review the order summary before completing a purchase.
If a genuine pricing or listing error is discovered, we will take reasonable steps to contact the customer and resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law. We will not use a pricing error to avoid fulfilling an order where doing so would breach the customer’s legal rights.
6. Orders and Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation or payment confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched. Orders remain subject to product availability, verification of payment and our ability to fulfil the order.
If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a product is unavailable or shipment is not possible, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

7. Payments
Payments may be accepted through PhonePe or other payment methods made available on the website.
All payments must be completed through the payment methods presented at checkout. Orders may not be processed until the payment provider confirms the transaction, where prepayment is required.
Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms and security procedures.
Noble Foods will not ask you to share your UPI PIN, banking password, card PIN or payment OTP through customer-support messages or email to process an order or refund.
If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with the relevant transaction details. We will investigate the issue and coordinate with the payment provider where necessary.
8. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are usually packed and dispatched on the next working day after receipt and confirmation.
Orders received on Sundays, public holidays or other non-working days will generally be processed on the next working day. Dispatch may take longer due to product availability, high order volumes, postal disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Orders are usually shipped through India Post Parcel service. Delivery times depend on the destination and the postal service and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any required contact information.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Order cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of the terms governing purchases from our website.
Customers receiving an incorrect product should contact us within seven days of delivery, preferably with supporting photographs and order details. Ordinary returns are subject to the applicable product-condition and approval requirements described in that policy.
Because our products are food items, opened or used products may not ordinarily be accepted for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not exclude any remedies required by law for defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed products.
If Noble Foods cannot fulfil an order, we will notify the customer and arrange the applicable refund.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers are responsible for following the preparation, storage and handling instructions provided on product packaging.

Noble Foods is not responsible for harm arising from improper storage, preparation or use contrary to the product instructions, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
